These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the AmunCore API Engine platform and website, operated by HYNOWorld ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the platform, you agree to these Terms.
1. The service
AmunCore provides software that lets you expose your databases as REST and GraphQL APIs, with related features such as webhooks, analytics, and AI integration. The service is available as a managed cloud offering and as a self-hosted deployment.
2. Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and API keys, and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use. We recommend enabling two-factor authentication.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the platform to:
- Violate any law or the rights of others
- Store or transmit malicious code, or attempt to breach security
- Abuse, overload, or disrupt the platform or other users
- Access data you are not authorized to access
4. Your data and content
You retain all rights to your data and the databases you connect. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to connect and expose that data. We do not claim ownership of your data, and in self-hosted deployments your data remains entirely within your infrastructure.
5. Plans, billing, and licensing
Paid plans and licenses are billed according to the plan you select. Plan limits (such as applications, endpoints, and API call volumes) are enforced by the platform. Enterprise and on-premises licenses are governed by separate written agreements where applicable.
6. Availability
We work to keep the managed service available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability unless covered by a specific service-level agreement. Self-hosted deployments run on your own infrastructure and their availability is your responsibility.
7. Disclaimer of warranties
The platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, HYNOWorld will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss of data or profits, arising from your use of the platform.
9. Termination
You may stop using the platform at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the managed service ends.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date at the top of this page. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
